Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
• Assist in customer service by responding to customer inquiries, managing communication, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, and managing correspondence.
• Assist in the coordination and planning of meetings and events.
• Support the management team with various assistant tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
