Administrative Associate at US Tech Solutions

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

• Mon to Fri split schedule, could be 8:30-5:30 or 10:00-7:00, 1 hour lunch unpaid.
• Schedule may include Saturdays and overtime may be required.
• Contract Only
• Interview will be held at 1260 Bower Pkwy Suite, A4 Columbia SC, 29212 and should last about 15-20 mins
• Onsite training for about 3-4 weeks.
• Not remote, the job requires you to be onsite. customer service oriented, clerical, and verbal and written communication skills preferred. Strong communication skills, great work ethics, dependable, teamwork, time management, and critical thinker.
• The administrative assistance would come in each morning and review all emails and appointments at the beginning of the day.
• Throughout the day this individual would answer the phone and make outbound calls to confirm appointments for the next day.

Responsibilities:

• Provides general administrative, clerical, and project coordination support. Maintains area files, correspondence, reports, and other documentation. Coordinates, completes, and delivers required reporting. Tasks are varied and usually require area specific knowledge to complete work.
• Performs general clerical duties and administrative support including ordering supplies, arranging travel, maintaining calendars, and providing phone coverage for upper management.
• Maintains area specific reports or presentations. Updates or logs correspondence and/or documents.

Experience:

• 1 year office or administrative support experience.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent grammar, letter writing and telephone skills. Organizational and customer service skills. Good judgment. Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
• Required Software and Tools: Microsoft Office.
• Preferred Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of business area goals and objectives.
• Analytical or critical thinking skills. Ability to use complex mathematical calculations. Ability to persuade, negotiate or influence

Education:

•  Associate's Degree or Two years of job related work experience or a combination of education and experience equal to 2 years.
