Administrative Associate at US Tech Solutions

Duration: 3+ month’s Contract

Job Description:

· Provides general administrative, clerical, and project coordination support. Maintains area files, correspondence, reports, and other documentation. Coordinates, completes, and delivers required reporting. Tasks are varied and usually require area specific knowledge to complete work

Responsibilities:

· 50% Performs general clerical duties and administrative support including ordering supplies, arranging travel, maintaining calendars, and providing phone coverage for upper management.

· 50% Maintains area specific reports or presentations. Updates or logs correspondence and/or documents.

Experience:

· Required Education: Associate degree or Two years of job-related work experience or a combination of education and experience equal to 2 years. Required Work Experience: 1 year office or administrative support experience.

· Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient in spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills. Ability to handle high stress situations. Basic business math proficiency. Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion. Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems effectively and efficiently. Required Software and Other Tools: Microsoft Office. Preferred Skills and Abilities: Ability to persuade, negotiate or influence. Preferred Software and Other Tools: Knowledge of database software. Work Environment: Typical office environment.
