Requirements:
- 6+ years of Litigation in either Administrative, Healthcare, Regulatory or Employment Law.
- Licensed to practice law in California
- Ability to handle complex cases
- Extensive experience with case management, compliance & representing clients in Litigation at Administrative and Court hearings in California
- Experience with hearings and/or trial is a MUST
