Administrative Billing Assistant - Northeast Family Services

Northeast Family Services is looking for an Administrative Billing Assistant. The Administrative Billing Assistant will prepare daily billing and productivity reports, maintain filing systems, and carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, and scanning.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare daily productivity reports
• Prepare weekly billing reports
• Receive, sort, distribute and and file all mail received
• Process timesheets received and conduct data entry into billing software
• Maintain computer and manual filing systems
• Assist billing staff in researching and reconciling billing questions
• Perform special projects/reports as requested

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to access and work on-site at our Warwick, RI office
• Proficiency with MS Office products with advanced Excel skills to include formulas and pivot tables
• Strong oral and written communication skills, and an ability to analyze processes and conceptualize solutions
• Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, reporting, spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of filing system and database
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
