Administrative / Bookkeeper Assistant - Propark Mobility

Salary: $21.00 per hour

Location: This is an in-person position located at the Charles Square Hotel in Boston, MA

Shift & Schedule: Monday - Friday - Office Hours

We are looking for an exceptional Administrative & Bookeeping Assistant to join our TEAM.

What you'll do:*

Administrative work:

• Going through mail – scanning invoices, looking up where checks go and distributing them to the correct people
• Taking scanned invoices, coding them to right location, and sending them in for payment
• Order supplies through wb mason website for the field as needed
• Ordering stationary for the field as needed
• Occasional mailings
• General office organization and clean up
• Ad hoc admin duties for the Operations Team

Light Bookkeeping:

• Data entry from scanned daily reports into proprietary revenue system
• Updating internal reports via excel for accounting team
• Posting payments and invoicing for small monthly locations

Must haves:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• Must be well organized, a self-starter and able to work independently
• Minimum 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience - including experience managing A/R, A/P, and performing audit functions.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work at a desk or computer terminal for extended periods of time.

• Bonus will be paid in two (2) payments: $200 paid after 30 days; $800 paid after 150th day of service
• Bonus opportunity ends 12/31/24.
• Must be employed full time and working full time to receive each installment.
• Applies to all new, full-time employees hired at this location between 10/1/24-12/31/24.

• Bonus will be paid in two (2) payments: $200 paid after 30 days; $800 paid after 150th day of service
