Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
- Knowledge of process, project, and program management practices and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
- Excellent attention to detail, comfortable with ambiguity, and ability to take initiative, execute, and escalate.
- Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,500-$132,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Operate independently on administrative tasks with minimal supervision (e.g., calendar management, travel scheduling, executive expense management, event and budget management).
- Establish trust and partnership with cross-functional teams and senior executives of the organization you are supporting. Use your judgment and discretion to make decisions.
- Take initiative to lead and manage adhoc programs to further the organization/leader's business goals.
- Exhibit the highest standards to maintain confidentiality. Possess an understanding of internal systems and policies.
