We are currently seeking an Administrative/Clerical Associate to join our Ed Morse team.

• Daily processing of vehicle invoices and entering all new and used vehicle inventory 
• Review deals for accuracy prior to submitting them to accounting 
• Complete the incentive processing for all new vehicle deals
• Processing inventory transfers
• Process Used Car Wholesales and Purchases
• Manage incoming certificates of origin and vehicle invoices
• Inventory schedule review
• Maintain supply inventory and process orders as needed
• Complete and maintain Excel schedules
• Process the daily mail
• Assisting with accouniting such as invoicing, AP, and AR
• Organizing Files
• Other duties required by management

• Ability to work in a high-paced atmosphere
• Automotive Accounting experience in a Dealership setting is a plus 
• Experience with CDK, Excel & various Automotive Manufacturer website is preferred
• Ability to self-motivate, prioritize given work-load and execute efficiently and in the required time frame is critical
• Team player with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency is key
• Excellent Communication skills- both written and oral
