Pay: $20 per hour DOE 

Job Title:Administrative Clerk/Contract Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled individual to provide administrative support.  Work schedule will typically be Monday through Friday 7:30-3:30pm, in office, no remote work. 

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation, review and execution of bid proposals and contracts
• Maintain organized contract schedules & files
• Track payments and deadlines
• Create, Maintain and Update data files (Excel, Word, SharePoint and Smartsheet).
• Perform Timesheet and Billing Support.
• Responsible for sending letters and other types of documentation to customers.
• Process and complete all phone and email requests and questions.
• Support both Field Personnel and Customers.
• Demonstrate organizational skills and the able to keep track of tasks and deadlines.
• Learn and perform other duties as required.
• File Certified Payroll and L&I Intents and Affidavits

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years-of-age or older.
• Proficient in English is required
• Excellent overall computing skills required
• Business or Office administration related diploma/degree/accreditation preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Efficient typing ability
• Microsoft Office Intermediate to advanced skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Time management and Organizational skills
• Basic process and flowchart skills.
• Must have a high degree of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations, demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy
• Maintain detailed and organized files.
• Must be flexible to changing priorities.
• Must be able to write, read and comprehend written and verbal job instructions/information.
• Must be able to communicate with others.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver’s license. 

Education & Experience

• High School diploma required.
• 2 years of related work experience.
• Certified Payroll and contract execution experience preferred

Pre-Screen

• Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.

License & Certifications:

• Valid driver's license required.
