About the Job
We are assisting our client in the Insurance industry with a temporary/fulltime Administrative Clerk. We are looking for a candidate who has at least one (1) year of office/clerical/administrative experience to assist a team during their busiest time of year, in Eugene, OR. Onsite role; $18/hr through December 2024.
Support staff with updating administrative and operational documents. Assist with special projects to support the sales and renewal process. Entering renewals and new business materials into client files. Scanning and faxing renewal and new business materials. Preparing packets for meetings. Editing excel files and uploaded them into quoting system.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Skill in the use of office equipment including computer, fax, printer, scanner, etc.
- Skill in the use of time management and organization skills.
- Skill in maintaining effective working relationships with others.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in a constructive manner.
- Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while remining flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests.
- Skill in using Microsoft products - Excel, Word, and Outlook
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Work Experience:
One (1) year or more of clerical/administrative experience in an office setting.
