Key responsibilities
Performing general office duties such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance
Assisting with the organization and coordination of administrative tasks
Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
Managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
Assisting with the preparation and distribution of documents and reports
Supporting the procurement of office supplies and equipment
Updating and maintaining databases and office records
Assisting with the organization of meetings and events
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Required qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Proven experience in an administrative support role is advantageous
Proficiency in MS Office, with strong knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
