Job Description:
Large medical device manufacturing company located in Redmond, WA is hiring for an Administrative Clerk. This employee will be responsible for providing clerical support to relieve department managers and staff members of administrative details.
This role will provide clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details. Material picking and packing of orders to send to customers. Operates automated office equipment. May be assigned to various functional areas of the company. The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision-making. Technical knowledge required is limited to the tasks performed in own discipline area and is considered basic. The tasks are generally routine and manual. The job is expected to follow detailed and defined rules / instructions and make simple judgments in straightforward situations. Typically requires selecting between solutions already established.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to: material picking and packing of orders to send to customers, operate automated office equipment, and support other various functional areas of the company.
Must Haves (Non-negotiables):
+ 0-2 years of administrative experiences.
+ Some technical ability and comfortability with computers.
+ Data entry software or SAP is preferred but not required.
+ Comfortability to work 100% onsite in Redmond, WA.
+ Ability to adapt and adhere to daily given tasks along with repetitive tasks.
Compensation is tied to the Colorado and Washington markets for jobs performed in Colorado and Washington. Other locations may be subject to variances based on location-related factors.
