Monday-Friday 8a-5p
Pay range: $17.50-$20.40
Responsibilities:
- Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices;
- Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communication solutions;
- Maintains rapport with customers, managers, and employees by arranging continuing contacts; researching and developing new services and methods; setting priorities; resolving problem situations;
- Provides information by answering questions and requests;
- Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities and determining continuing needs;
- Accomplishes department and organization objectives by completing related results as needed;
- Requires analytical ability to gather data, analyze budget reports, generate monthly reports, and interpret department policies and procedures;
- Ability to plan, organize, complete, and manage programs in the most efficient manner.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
1-3 years experience in a similar work environment.
Interpersonal skills to communicate with groups of people from administrators and VIP's to public and outside vendors.
Ability to communicate effectively with visitors, patients and hospital employees.
