One of the Largest Health Providers Foundation located in Portland Oregon is looking to hire a long term Administrative Coordinator to their team! This position will be onsite in Portland, apply here, and a recruiter will reach out with a phone call and/or email as soon as possible!
Description:
The Development Coordinator provides key administrative and project support to the fundraising team, whose work spans the various Institutes, and departments of surgery and dermatology. The Coordinator's work will include:
- Meeting scheduling and preparation
- Database entry and reporting
- Mailing project management
- Donor engagement tracking
- Support and other essential tasks in support of the team’s fundraising activities
70% of Time - Administrative Support
30% of Time - Other Projects as Assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of prior administrative experience Required
- Experience supporting a staff member or executive
- Non-profit, healthcare, or university experience Preferred
- Prior experience with a CRM Preferred
