Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Assistant is essential to the implementation of the CRC mission. As the first contact most clients will have with our agency, it requires genuine caring and empathy for people affected by cancer. As support to the volunteer, outreach, client services and development programs, a collaborative and team spirit attitude is essential. The ability to pivot tasks as needed is also a requirement for success. This is a flexible 15-20 hour/week position, working Tuesday - Friday and is not benefits eligible. The potential for growth and advancement is at the discretion of the individual.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the agency calendar and make appointments, prioritizing Boutique and Client services appointments.
- Receive, sort and deliver all incoming mail.
- Manage general agency email and respond/forward messages accordingly.
- Place office supply orders bi-weekly, or when needed.
- Coordinate and process boutique donations.
- Record relevant client interactions in database.
- Manage boutique inventory.
- Gather and organize invoices and credit card receipts for bookkeeper.
- Send regular monthly invoices to CMC for payment.
- Place agency events on local calendars.
- Respond to requests for information or participation from other local agencies.
- Communicate with vendors and generate tax-exempt paperwork for vendors.
- Generate reports (Bloomerang, Excel, etc.) as needed.
- Support the day-to-day functions of the agency as needed.

- Produce Donor Recognition/thank you letters.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma and 3- 5 years' experience.
- Synergistic approach to working with colleagues, volunteers, and community partners.
- Great organizational skills.
- Great oral and written communication and listening skills.

- Onsite

Pay Range Disclosure:
- $24 to $25.23 per hour
