OVERVIEW
ebm, an Alera Group company, is looking to hire an Administrative Coordinator to join our team! This is a full-time, onsite position.

The Administrative Coordinator provides integral support to day-to-day operations. This seat requires a reliable, responsible, and trustworthy individual who can work independently with little oversight. You will be performing both routine tasks and special projects, and will be expected to learn new things quickly and execute on them swiftly and efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions
Describe the primary (6-10) job functions and approximate annualized percent of total time spent on each.

Reception duties (i.e. answering phones, receiving mail, scanning and filing, scheduling, meeting setup, meeting recaps, greeting visitors)

Monitoring and stocking office inventory, asset tracking, ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment & appliances, planning and executing office lunches, and keeping the physical office space organized

Assisting with new hire onboarding and termed employee offboarding

Managing and acting as the main point of contact for vendors that provide maintenance and services for our office building
5%
Packing and shipping equipment and supplies to remote employees
5%
Data entry and manipulation using various software applications
5%
Providing assistance & support wherever needed throughout the organization
10%

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
