Job Description:

- Provide administrative and clerical support for budget management in the automotive design department.
- Assist with finance tracking, ensuring accurate reporting and monitoring of financial data.
- Initiate and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines.
- Work closely with the finance and design teams to ensure financial transparency and efficiency.
- Support project management and coordination efforts for design and financial operations.

- 2+ years of experience in finance or a related role.
- Proven experience with administrative and clerical support, particularly with budgets and financial tracking.
- Proficiency in purchase order management, finance tracking systems, and budget tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the automotive design or manufacturing industry is a plus.
