Administrative Coordinator - U-Haul

We are seeking an adaptable, upbeat, master multi-tasker to join Risk Management. The Administrative Coordinator will perform a variety of administrative support and clerical tasks for the department. Duties include providing direct support to the Director of Risk Management.   This position handles routine duties as well as special projects. The ideal candidate is highly motivated to excel and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate party
• Manage multiple calendars and schedule meetings
• Take accurate minutes of meetings
• Distribute mail to the appropriate people/departments
• Order and maintain department supplies, as necessary
• Organize department anniversaries and other team activities
• Process invoices and team reimbursements as well as track department expenses
• Update electronic files and other resources for various Risk Management programs
• Perform routine quality assurance checks to support the Risk team
• Conduct research or other special projects, as assigned
• Participate in normal business hours and after hours work on a rotation with other members in Risk Management to ensure timely dissemination of RPCs (report a potential claim)
