About the Job
Land O'Lakes is looking for a dynamic Administrative Coordinator to work at our St. Joseph facility. The ideal applicant possesses excellent customer service skills, maturity, integrity, and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills are a must along with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Hours: Mon - Fri; 8 am - 4:00 pm with potential overtime
Pay: $23.65/hr
Job Duties:
- Coordinate and process payroll administration in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Coordinate document control and file management
- Assist with internal/external job posting. Assist in hiring activities and ensure pre and post-employment activities are completed
- Complete activities to ensure AAP compliance
- Procure, schedule, track, and monitor flow of contract labor
- Assist in other administrative activities as assigned
Skills Required:
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
- Strong Computer skills
- Critical reasoning and problem solving
- Excellent organization and strong attention to detail
- Team oriented attitude
- Self-starter/Self-motivated
- Ability to communicate in a variety of methods and with a variety of personalities
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Ability to deal with a changing/evolving environment
Education/Experience Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years experience in administrative or customer service
Education/Skills Preferred:
- Associates degree or higher
- Experience with ADP and Workday systems
- 5+ years experience in administrative or customer service
