Position Overview:
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing solar projects within our organization. You will also have the confidence to take on additional responsibilities such as running meetings, creating presentations, and leading teams. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proven track record in project management are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and achievement of project goals.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of solar projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, procurement, and installation teams, to drive seamless project delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Must be able to lead project meetings, create PowerPoint presentations, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Proven experience managing and leading teams, with a strong focus on accountability, performance management, and employee development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in creating presentations and running meetings.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
- High level of organization, responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
