Your Opportunity: Administrative Coordinator
As our Administrative Coordinator, you are integral in keeping our office operations running smoothly and supporting the field team. You will support accounting and payroll, contracts, field operations and office administration. If you love variety and gaining exposure to the many aspects of running a small business - this could be your dream role!
Administrative Coordinator - Your Job Duties:
You will support the Office Manager with office operations functions including:
- Enter the certified payroll into the DIR website, weekly
- Support the project managers and field team with requests
- Assist with proposals, contracts, submittals, bids, and takeoffs
- Organize documents and files related to construction projects such as estimating, project management, and proposals
- Greet visitors and answer the phone at the front desk
Administrative Coordinator – You Have:
- Comfort with supporting accounting and payroll, field team needs, contracts, data entry, filing, answering the phone, logistics and whatever else is necessary, without ego – you are working in a closely held company where priorities may shift, everyone wears a lot of hats and flexibility and teamwork is needed
- Comfort with working in MS Excel – you can generate and work within a spreadsheet, basic formulas
- Excellent organizational skills - You pride yourself on your data entry accuracy and a high attention to detail
- A valid drivers license / reliable transportation to the office and ability to drive occasionally to run errands / pick up or drop off packages
Administrative Coordinator – You Might Have (Not Required, but would be great):
- Prior experience using QuickBooks
- Experience inputting certified payroll with the DIR
- Experience, exposure or passion for the trades / construction industry exposure
This role is 100% in office in Yuba City.
Compensation $26+ per hour, depending on experience, overtime eligible.
Includes 401(k) and paid time off. This role requires successful completion of a background check and drug test prior to first day.
