About the Job
Executive Administrative Assistant provides high level administrative support to Rush Copley's CEO, COO and to the Administrative Team as necessary by utilizing a high degree of initiative, efficient communication and independent judgment. Provides leadership and coordination with the Executive Administrative team members. Prioritizes multiple projects and assignments in a complex and constantly changing environment.
Position Requirements
+ Associate or Bachelor’s Degree required.
+ Strong project and time management skills
+ 5 years of administrative or executive assistant experience is required.
+ Advanced software skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access and PowerPoint, scheduling/calendar software strongly preferred.
+ Ability to work independently.
