Administrative Fellow - Valleywise Health System
Phoenix, AZ 85003
About the Job
Valleywise Health’s one-year fellowship program is an opportunity for a master’s prepared student to explore various aspects of health system operations, obtain foundational knowledge of health system structure and governance, gain first-hand experience, and learn “real-world” applications of classroom concepts, and to work within the framework of a safety-net system of care. The fellow will gain robust experience and exposure across the health system to support their professional development as they begin a career in healthcare leadership and administration. Fellows will engage directly with executives and leaders across the health system.
Our fellowship program’s priority is projects that focus on disciplines, including operations, nursing, strategy, finance, quality, and other areas that impact our organization's needs. Our second priority is the opportunities available for the fellow to participate in various other initiatives, including shadowing and participating in meetings and projects as determined by the preceptor and fellow, to learn, grow, and contribute to the organization and industry.
