Administrative Human Resources Coordinator - Buckeye Hospice and Palliative Care

DUTIES  

Oversee the operations of the offices, including maintaining current employee personnel files, answering phone calls, preparing and maintaining the Agency's payroll system, AP responsibilities, and compiling necessary statistics.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Maintain all staff and contract personnel files. 

Maintain master files of personnel evaluations and make copies monthly for the appropriate department supervisor. 

Keep all evaluation forms current. 

Send deficiency notices to personnel. 

Act as Receptionist for the office when needed; answering inquiries of a general nature from applicants, visitors, and professional staff, assisting them in a friendly and cooperative manner. 

Assist in miscellaneous bookkeeping functions. 

Submit bills to appropriate payer sources 

Accounts Payable/Vendor Billing Assistance 

Tracks admission, discharge, certification and recertification dates on all patients. 

Assists with audits and state survey items 

Assist the full-time and part-time payroll procedures. 

Assume various duties as directed by the Administration in personnel and accounting. 

Open and sort mail. 

Type agendas and reports as required. 

Responsible for recruitment and selection of employees based on non-discrimination and process. 

Coordinate orientation program for all new employees, including an introduction to the organization, rules, and responsibilities. 

Ensure all employees receive ongoing education, mandatory trainings, and performance evaluations. 

Ensures compliance with all state, federal, and ACHC human resources regulatory requirements.
