Responsibilities:Titan Florida has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Scheduler. This non-exempt position will report to the Maintenance Manager. The primary function of this position is to coordinate maintenance needs and maintain systems for an accurate recorded history of fleet and plant repairs, parts, maintenance and labor for the West Region of Florida.
- Perform regularly inventory count.
- Ensure accurate data entry in databases and PO processing.
- Maintain and control parts inventory including arranging for purchases utilizing established procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments and personnel for proper and timely paperwork.
- Issue and receive Pos for services or parts for both the maintenance and operations department.
- Assist the staff with maintenance cost reporting.
- Ordering and inventorying of plant supplies.
- Create databases to develop historical data on plant and fleet repairs.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
- Excellent computer, organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, word, and excel.
- Ability to work with limited supervision to complete work assignments.
- Physical requirements include walking, kneeling, crouching, standing, sitting, and regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, multiple times a day.
- Strong math, reasoning and analytical skills.
- Bilingual – Spanish and English – preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required.
- Ability to work overtime.
