About the Job
A global financial services firm, located in Midtown East, is seeking a temp to perm Administrative Assistant for the Healthcare Team. This person will be supporting a team of 14-15 analysts. The position will start ASAP and requires 5 days in office. The hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a team of analysts
- Handle incoming internal calls, respond to inquiries and clarify company policies and procedures
- Coordinate some travel arrangements as needed
- Prepare, reconcile, and track expense reports through Oracle (T&E system)
- Assist in ad-hoc reports and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to gain a strong command of new systems (Oracle - Travel & Expense, Reporting System)
- 1-2+ years prior experience in administrative position in a corporate setting
- Fully in person position
- College degree preferred
- Expert in multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with ability to work independently and prioritize workload
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Energetic, responsive team player with the interest to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation/Benefits:
- DOE 80k - 90k + overtime + discretionary bonus
