Responsibilities:
- Ability to scheduleand managecalendars.
- Ability to answerphone calls and relaymessages.
- Providepertinent departmental information and quality customer service.
- File and organize paperwork as needed.
- Generate variousreports using various MS Office applications.
- Ability to providesupport for multiple projects.
Requirements:
- Must have recent and relevant experience.
- Must be able to work in an office environment individually and as a team member.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Proactive, self-starter, and independent thinker.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to lead, multi-task and attention to detail.
