Our office services the South Shore and Cape Cod. We offer personal care, companionship, homemaker services, skilled nursing care, and geriatric care management to seniors and other adults from our downtown Plymouth, MA office. This position will support all aspects of company operations, including but not limited to front reception, answering telephone calls and email correspondence, client services, scheduling, HR, billing, accounts payable, and business development. Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years or more administrative experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Vaccinated against Covid-19
- Knowledge of Medical terminology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred:
- College degree
- 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience with Microsoft Suite Software

This position will support all aspects of company operations, including but not limited to front reception, answering telephone calls and email correspondence, client services, scheduling, HR, billing, accounts payable, and business development. - Duties:
- Provides administrative support to all members of the office team
- Answers incoming calls promptly and directs them accordingly
- Screens calls and messages for the scheduling department
- Receiving information and documenting for client prospects
- Inputting client information accurately into an internal electronic recordkeeping system
- Input, file, and manage client records while maintaining HIPPA guidelines
- Greets incoming applicants, clients, vendors, and public
- Supports HR needs for hiring, onboarding, data collection, and documentation.
- Cross-trains with various office roles to ensure adequate coverage
- Ordering and maintaining adequate office supplies and services
- Maintain vendor relationships and communications
