We are seeking a motivated and proactive Administrative and Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. This full-time, on-site role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be quick to learn, capable of working independently, and eager to contribute to our team’s success.

Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clerical office, general business, or customer service setting required.
- Must be 18 years or older and have permission to work in the United States.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including phone etiquette.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to multitask effectively while maintaining quality.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and remain active in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls using a multi-line phone system; direct calls, take messages, and handle communications with proper etiquette.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
- Maintain accurate customer records and databases, and handle contracts management.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including order entry, invoicing, and data entry.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and site visits for the sales team.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager or owner.
