Administrative Office Assistant/Receptionist - Pritchard Industries

Pritchard Industries Company is seeking an Administrative Office Assistant/Receptionist in the Upper Darby, PA area. This position will provide support to the operations team, clients, and vendors through a variety of tasks. Bilingual highly preferred.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support and assistance to the Operations team.
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents.
• Assisting candidates and Human Resources with job applications and new hire paperwork.
• Maintaining contracts and bids.
• Ordering office supplies and inventory tracking.
• Prepare bid proposals, presentations, and budget letters.
• Must be able to maintain the normal standard of ethics, conduct and organization policies in job related activities.
• Must have an excellent command of the English language.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a good personality, eager to learn, committed to providing results, TEAM PLAYER.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Bilingual Highly Preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new software - willing to train.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required.
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred but not required
• At least four years of related office administration experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full Time onsite

Salary: $50k - $60k annually

Work Location: Upper Darby, PA area

Hours: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday
