Office Manager

The Office Manager oversees day-to-day office operations, playing a fundamental role in the organization and its success.
+ Works in collaboration with regional office managers/IT field staff to manage telcom and utility services at home/office settings
+ Maintains licensing database, licensing renewals, payments, and submission of required licensing documents and licenses/certifications
+ Organizes, plans and attends quarterly leadership meetings, including managing reservations, agenda creation and management of necessary details
+ New hire orientation in collaboration with Regional Directors for new office managers/office coordinators and training as needed
+ Maintain and administer Relias Training Plans and state specific libraries
+ Assists Human Resources with compliance auditing and collection of required documents
+ Assists and acts as a resource in coordination of state processes, including funds management, credentialing, EVV, purchasing cards, and engagement activities
+ Oversee and manage referral database, processes, and implementation of referral outreach
_Qualifications:_
+ Associate’s Degree in related field.
+ 1-3 years of administrative and supervisory experience.
+ Proficiency in accounting and basic computer skills/applications.
+ Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
+ Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
