Job Overview:

• Location: Omaha, NE
• Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour  
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9 AM - 4 PM and Friday 9 AM - 12 PM, flexible arrival and departure times can be discussed, busy season (December - April) may require longer days, up to 40 hours/week, summer months offer more flexibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Place job opening advertisements across various platforms  
• Assist applicants with inquiries and guide them through the application process  
• Prepare reports and design advertising brochures  
• Conduct internet searches for necessary information  
• Additional administrative tasks including answering phones, directing calls, preparing shipments, and mailing materials

Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher  
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro and web browsers  
• Familiarity with PowerSchool software is a plus  
• Ability to prioritize during busy times, stay organized, and keep a keen eye on details  
• Experience placing ads (newspapers, online)
