Summary of Job Function
The position is for a positive, energetic, self-driven individual who is for supporting day to day activities of our internal and external clients.
Essential Job Duties

- Preparation of internal and external client communications.
- Report analysis.
- Meet day to day internal and external client deadlines.
- Supporting the internal and external clients.
Job Duties
- Intellectual curiosity of our technology and uses critical thinking to solve problems.
- Proofread, edit, and draft, and/or finalize client financial statements, reports, proposals, and engagement letters.
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
- Performing administrative tasks, such as billing, processing tax returns and creating client portals
- Report analysis - using various software programs run weekly reports, for different service lines; analyze data for accuracy.
- Special project work as requested; may include cross-functional interaction with various team members.
- Anticipate and respond to requests by team members for involvement in processes and procedures.
- Work in a collaborative team environment as well as being self-motivated.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Experience in administrations or relevant field.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Firm technology and a paperless environment.
- Be flexible to manage a heavier workload and multiple client projects especially during busy seasons
