About the Job
Receptionist
Pay Rate: $17.50 Per Hour
Location: Columbus, OH
Assignment Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire
Hours: Monday to Friday; 8-5 hours
Resource's typical working day: This candidate needs to be assisting other roles such as the office coordinator. The office coordinator is responsible for doing kitchen checks, sorting mail, etc..
This is not a super-fast pace receptionist role which is why assisting others will be needed. The receptionist duty's include:

Qualifications:
- Years of Experience needed: 2 years of receptionist experience is required
Level of Education: H.S Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies: intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills Is required - HS Diploma or GED required. Prior Front Desk, Concierge, customer service or other hospitality experience preferred.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor with a strong, professional customer service orientation.
- Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
- Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
- Ability to solve problems in standard situations.
- Requires basic analytical skills.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible work schedules based on office needs.
- Customer Service (front facing) experience, professional communication skills, strong computer skills (specifically Microsoft), dependable, and organized.
- Greater than 2 years of experience would be great!
- 1st interview (1-2 people on zoom) 2nd interview in-person
