Administrative Professional at Daft-McCune-Walker, Inc.

We are searching for a diligent Office Assistant to join our team, providing essential administrative support in a professional setting. In this role, you will manage a range of duties, including data entry, typing correspondence, answering phone calls, preparing for meetings, filing and other duties as needed.

Applicants should be extremely thorough and possess excellent communication skills. This position is part-time and offers 20-25 hours per week; hours can be flexible, but this position is Monday-Friday. $20.00 - $23.00 hourly

• Administrative support to the leadership team and backup support to the satellite office
• Front desk support including managing a multi-line phone system, greeting visitors, maintaining conference rooms, and preparing for meetings
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations and assist with various audits as needed
• Maintain electronic/paper filing and maintain company calendars
• Assist the Accounting Department with data entry and associated duties
• Other duties as assigned by the Administrative Services Manager

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-year administrative support experience in a professional environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional demeanor and attitude
