Administrative Sales Support - Ultimate Staffing Services

Ultimate Staffing is assisting a dynamic and growing company dedicated to providing excellent products/services to their customers.They are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Sales Support. In this role, you will be an integral part of the team, assisting in multiple areas.

• Location: Columbia, MD 100% on site
• Hours: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
• Job Type: Full Time
• Pay Rate: $20 to 22 an hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with sales personnel
• Coordinating with manufacturers, and clients
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
• Coordinating calendars
• Setting up in office events
• Assisting with administrative duties

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• 1-2 years experience in office setting
