About the Job
This position will act as a Procurement Officer on our purchasing team.
General Duties for this position include:
•Process Monthly Interunit billings for Environmental department
•Review Workbooks weekly to determine Reimbursable purchases
•Update spreadsheets for internal and external tracking purposes.
•Send documents to TDEC partners and downtown for processing
•Complete corrections as needed
•Send Quarterly expenditure documents to downtown
•Assist Procurement Manager as needed with ensuring proper reimbursement documentation is completed
•Enter orders into Edison for processing
•Enter invoices into Caspio for tracking purposes and reconciliation
•Assist with large equipment purchases
•Enter in Caspio and Edison
•Research items as needed
•Work with partners to ensure timely processing
