WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Administrative Services Manager is an exempt position responsible for coordinating and performing a diverse set of administrative tasks to ensure the programs have the staff and resources needed to operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Participate in developing budgets and monitoring for compliance.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, better efficiency, or other improvements; recommend and implement policy or process changes as appropriate.
- Liaise between Refugee Services and Finance, Human Resources, and Quality Improvement.
- Assist Program Director and Assistant Program Director with recruitment activities; manage candidates in the Application Tracking System to schedule and attend candidate interviews.
- Monitor and evaluate reports and documentation for completion and timely submission to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal administrative departments and planning teams to create functional and productive workflows.
- Assist with performance evaluations providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Prepare, negotiate, analyze, and review contracts for equipment, supplies, materials, services, products, and rental sites.
- Prepare and review departmental, maintenance, and other recurring schedules and reports for accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare check requests, monitor spending on various trackers and work with Finance to process checks.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field, plus, three (3) years of professional related experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
- Superior ability to identify and solve problems and to conduct cost-benefit analyses.
- Ability to solve basic math problems.
- Working knowledge of basic business and management principles as applied to resource allocation, leadership technique, staff and resource coordination, strategic planning, and human resource modeling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical systems and procedures.
- Ability to conduct field visits to Refugee Program sites or meetings with vendors as needed.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
