• MUST BE ABLE TO "PASS" A PHYSICAL (Work without restrictions, "fit for duty") 
• Three years of experience in psychiatric, community mental health,or health care setting in direct clinical care.
• Master’s degree in social work or related clinical healthcare field .
• Familiarity with evidence-based brief treatment; Behavioral Activation, Problem Solving Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
• Prior experience with integration of behavioral health and primary care, wellness and population health desirable.
• Experience in providing education on behavioral health topics topatients, families & health care providers is preferred.
• LICSW - Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in MA or LMHC Licensed Mental Health Counselor in MA
• Must have their own vehicle for this need
• Massachusetts license
• BLS (AHA)
• CPI
