Summary You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the LOGISTICS AND FLEET SUPPORT DEPARTMENT (4.0) of NAVWARSYSCOM. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the planning, development, coordination management and fielding of Training solutions for all assigned Projects, ACAT programs, AAPs, prototype demonstrations, and other non-program of record (POR) systems. You will develop program office Training spend plans and provides MPT input to contract language in order to ensure requirements are met. You will oversee timely annual review, validation, update and reporting of approved NTSPs and PEO MLB NTPs as appropriate. You will validate program Human Systems Integration (HSI) requirements, job task analysis (JTA), Front End Analysis (FEA) and manpower analysis results. You will identify and reviews resource requirements for training development and support activities and develops budgetary estimates based on identified funding requirements. You will provide direction to Echelon III activities for implementation of logistics support policy initiatives and the development of product support package elements (i.e., spare parts, technical manuals, training maintenance procedures, etc.) Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band DP-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning, developing, coordinating and managing training products and services and supporting design, development, integration, execution and sustainment of Life Cycle Training solutions for current and future requirements. Education Additional Information This position is in the Personnel Demonstration Project under authority of Title VII of the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978. The pay schedule and pay band for all Demonstration Project Professional Positions will be DP-1/2/3/4. This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. This position is eligible for part time, substantial or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management. Additional vacancies may be filled by this announcement.
