About the Job
Our client, a public educational institution, is seeking an Administrative Specialist to join their team to support the Before and After School program. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as administrative and supervisory support experience within a child care organization.
Job Title: Administrative Specialist
Location: Lake Mary, FL
Pay Rate: $18.79 per hour
What's the Job?
- While reporting to the Before and After School Director for the school district you will assist with the following:
- Summer field trip processes and related issues.
- Process and training of Health Services.
- School readiness contract.
- Account management and fee collection.
- Recruitment and hiring process of before & after school staff.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Three (3) years’ experience working for a child care service with minimum two (2) years’ experience in child care service administrative support and staff supervision.
- Knowledge of administrative computer applications as related to departmental job functions.
- Ability to effectively communicate with personnel at all levels within the school system, as well as the business community.
