About the Job
This Per Diem Administrative Specialist II supports our Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) programs in MaineHealth’s Department of Medical Education. The position is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the administrative operations while working closely with faculty and staff. The incumbent prepares materials for courses; manages catering orders for all UME programming; makes travel arrangements; manages schedules and calendars; prepares, processes, and tracks invoices and reimbursements, and other similar activities. The right candidate for this role will have previous experience supporting a fast-paced team juggling multiple competing priorities and have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Threeyears of experience in an administrative support role preferred.
