PeaceHealth is seeking a Administrative Specialist III - Home Health for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position . The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $20.65 – $30.97. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
Join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in managing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will span organizing communications, preparing presentations, managing spreadsheets, supporting project coordination, and maintaining data and records. Additionally, you may assist with tasks from other administrative staff and, at times, serve as a receptionist.
Details of the position:
+ Independently manage daily tasks with minimal supervision, following general guidance for new assignments.
+ Utilize strong judgment and knowledge to complete a variety of assignments, address challenges, and provide solutions.
+ Guide and mentor other team members, promoting best practices.
+ Handle moderately complex assignments requiring decision-making and recommendations.
What you Bring:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
+ 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in a professional office setting
+ Experience in a medical office environment
