Everstaff is seeking a detail-oriented and accurate Administrative Assistant for our client in Plainview, NY. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multi-tasking, and have a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
Direct Hire Opportunity!
Salary: $50,000-$60,000
Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm
Onsite position
Responsibilities:
- Handle accounting tasks and data entry
- Research and track the status of collection claims
- Prepare reports for sales, collections, and management
- Collaborate with the legal team as needed
- Communicate with clients to address inquiries and concerns
- Assist with various projects and duties as required
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and think creatively
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and web applications
- Ability to handle objections and work under pressure

Experience:
