About this position:
The Administrative Specialist oversees natural gas flow calculations for transmission, storage, and production, documenting meter calibrations, managing compliance software, scheduling gas sampling, and handling data collection. Additional responsibilities include resolving measurement issues, tracking time, processing invoices, managing supplies, and providing cross-functional support as needed.

About this job:
- Plan, maintain and coordinate calendars and schedule various meetings
- Code and process incoming invoices
- Ensure employee time is entered and coded correctly
- Collects, analyzes, edits and stores electronic and chart measurement information
- Maintain maintenance and call out logs for production system farm taps
- Ensures Bureau of Land Management compliance
- Assists in gas measurement audits
- Manages TESTit production software system and FlowCal gas measurement system
- Proficient in working with Transmission and Production gas SCADA systems
- Constructs reports and documents utilizing Microsoft Office programs
- Works closely with field personnel to identify metering problems
- Complete monthly and annual reporting, verify receipt point and delivery point system balances and other miscellaneous reporting
- Respond to meter validation errors
- Generate and review gas measurement prior period adjustments
- Assist with annual reporting
- Assist in development and implementation of systems that fulfill the mission and the goals of the department efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate regularly with other departments, groups, and staff within the organization
- Most of the time is spent working in an office environment utilizing office resources with occasional walking, lifting, and/or carrying of lightweight office materials and computer equipment
- Complete administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing files and correspondence
- Prepare conference room and office for internal and external meetings, lunches, visits, etc.
- Purchase and maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies
- Preform other duties as assigned

- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Proven ability to communicate and work with others
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational management skills
- Ability to problem solve and handle multiple conflicting tasks
- Must be able to work under time pressure
