Administrative Specialist - SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED - The Squires Group

About the Job
Our client is an award winning global integrator. They are supporting a major branch of the Department of Defense and have a contract opportunity for a CLEARED Administrative Specialist to support leadership with their schedules, tracking correspondence, meeting room schedules and other executive support.
ONSITE presence at The Pentagon in Arlington, VA is required 5 days per week. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an Active Secret Clearance.
Qualifications
- Experience with ETMS2 is required
- Experience with SharePoint
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and be able to provide accomplish Pivot Tables from task/workorder Data
- Experience with TMT Task Management Tool is a plus!
- Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens with an Active Secret Clearance
