About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inquiries from clients, physicians, nurses, or their representatives and performing a variety of clerical and data processing tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inquiries from clients or their representatives regarding questions, concerns, or general information requests.
- Use appropriate systems and databases to enter, update, and retrieve client information as needed.
- Maintain communication with the QA department to ensure smooth workflow and timely report status updates.
- Manage case files, including filing, archiving, and ensuring client information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Work independently and collaborate with team members to address inquiries and return cases in a timely manner.
- Direct calls to other departments as needed and perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and emailing.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues.
- Ensure all practices comply with state and federal safety and legal regulations.
- Minimum of 1 year clerical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a medical office or insurance industry is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and other common software programs.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism.
- Minimum of 1 year clerical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
