About the Job
ENERGY SYSTEMS GROUP® is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant to join our Accounting team located at our Corporate Office located in Newburgh, Indiana. This position is part-time (approximately 20-25 hours per week) and onsite.
The Administrative Support Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Accounting department including, but not limited to review of certified payroll records, validation of reported wages, scanning, filing, data entry, and assisting with other project or department requirements as needed.
The essential functions of the position include:
- Scanning, filing, and data entry for various accounting tasks
- Providing support in gathering, sorting, and organizing information for various project requisites and requirements
- Assisting other members of the accounting team as needed
- Maintaining confidentiality of accounting records
- All other duties as deemed necessary and appropriate by management
Your background includes:
- High School Diploma/GED
