In this role, the candidate will assist the Inbound Prepaid Management team in creating solutions and taking actions to ensure that our Carriers are educated, coached, and supported. Performs a variety of administrative functions. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

-Admin tasks
-Data analytics
-Generate reports
-Weekly carrier calls
-Deep dive into cases/issues
-Resolving cases and issues through Aragon portal (case tracker)
-Monitoring performance and coaching carriers on issues
-Front line customer support regarding shipper related issues

- Requires a high school diploma with at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
