Administrative Support Specialist (Hybrid Position) - TalentBridge

Work Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST or 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CST (dependent on candidate selection)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid after initial onboarding and training. Monday and Friday are work-from-home (WFH) days; Tuesday through Thursday are in-office.

Job Description:

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative or reporting support, with at least 2 years of experience or equivalent qualifications through work, consulting, military experience, or education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign leads through Boarding Through Dynamics (BTD).
• Allocate leads to the appropriate sales teams and agents.
• Prepare and manage Excel reports.
• Facilitate communication via a group chat on MS Teams for sales agents.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative or reporting support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
